The service
Musoraie is a collection-management product for museums and galleries. It is wholly owned by Southern Hills LLC. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Musoraie. Version 2026-08-25.
Accounts and authority
The person who requests an organization account represents that they are authorized to bind that institution. Organization Admins are responsible for their users, for the accuracy of collection records, and for staying current with these Terms.
Maintenance window
Southern Hills LLC may perform scheduled maintenance on Sundays from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM Central Time (CT). The service may be unavailable during that window. Emergency maintenance may occur at other times when required for security or stability.
Downtime remedy
If Musoraie is unavailable outside a published maintenance window, the sole remedy is a time credit applied to the next renewal. There are no partial refunds.
Acceptable use
You may use Musoraie only for lawful collection management of the named institution. You may not interfere with the service, probe other organizations’ data, or use the platform for illegal activity. Exploitation of persons or minors is prohibited. Southern Hills LLC will report such activity to law enforcement.
Platform access and legal process
The platform may access organization-admin profiles and related account records for compliance, security, and support. Southern Hills LLC cooperates with lawful process, including valid warrants, court orders, and subpoenas.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
Organization Admins are responsible for reviewing the current Terms. Continued use after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of that version.
